We're urgently hiring a passionate mid-level to senior Full-Stack Developer (backend-focused) to join our growing team. We're entering an active project phase and need someone who can jump in, take ownership, and help us deliver scalable, real-world products for international clients. Key Responsibilities

Backend system architecture & design patterns
Designing scalable REST APIs with proper versioning and backward compatibility
API performance optimization and latency reduction strategies
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate closely with clients to understand business and product needs
Work with designers, frontend developers, and backend engineers as a unified team
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Apply testing best practices and ensure code quality
Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and process improvements

Project Experience: SaaS platforms, CRM systems, fintech applications, AI integrations, API integrations, and other modern digital solutions.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Leadership and project management mindset
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team
Must be a non-smoker

Education
