Mid-Level / Senior UX/UI Designer (Product-Focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active leadership role within the UX/UI design process
• Lead product discovery, including user research, stakeholder alignment, and problem analysis
• Translate complex problems into clear user flows and effective design solutions
• Design intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Gather feedback, iterate on designs, and continuously improve user experience
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead UX thinking from the early stages of product design
• Experience working on real system-based product design (SaaS, AI, CRM, LMS, mobile app) products is required
• Strong problem-solving skills with both analytical and creative thinking
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or product design
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React, and APIs is nice to have.
• Certifications from Google, IxDF, or similar platforms are a plus
• Skills in Photoshop or Illustrator are a bonus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Summary

• Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
• Type: Full-time, on-site
• Location: Muhammadpur, Dhaka
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 BDT (based on skills and experience)
