The solution streamlines patient onboarding, therapist management, scheduling, documentation, billing, and HIPAA-compliant compliance tracking—tailored specifically to meet the policies of California’s Regional Centers. Developed in close collaboration with the client, the platform aligns seamlessly with their day-to-day operations.

Our product design team maintained close communication with the client, studied real therapy notes, IFSP onboarding forms, and other documents to map out the application flow. This collaborative approach enabled us to design an intuitive and purpose-built UX that aligned with real-world use cases.
